Historical Museum of the Cabildo

The Cabildo was the setting for the May Revolution of 1810, which marked the beginning of the construction of Argentina. Therefore, it is an emblematic building. The National Historical Museum of the Cabildo of Buenos Aires and the May Revolution focuses on this central theme of Argentine history and offers a journey through the colonial period and the revolutionary process that brought it to an end. It provides interactive activities for children to visit the facilities in a non-conventional way and learn about the historical milestones of Argentina through play.
